  • Where are you located?
    We are located at 2810 Estero Blvd, which is the middle of Estero Island, within walking distance to Times Square, our entertainment district, yet far enough away to hear the birds sing!

    How many condos do you rent?
    We own two condos at Caper Beach Club.  They are # 306 &  1106.  They are both end units, therefore you get an extra open air balcony as well as more incredibile views.  306 is located on the third floor and 1106 is located on the 11th floor, one floor from the top.

    Are the Two Condos Located in the Same Building?
    Yes they are.  They are identical layouts, although the interior furnishings do vary.  306 is located on the third floor and 1106 is one floor below the top.

    Are the Two Condos the Same?
    The two condos have identical layouts, which means that you get an extra balcony as well as more incredible views, and only one condo on one side of you.  Both are uniquely decorated and have different bedding options for the guest bedrooms.

    What on-site activities are available?
    We have an in-ground pool, tennis courts, shuffle board courts, gas grills and of course the beach!

    Are there any other activities available?
    Just about everything under the sun.  Too many to list!  Please contact Caper Beach Club to enquire about your interests.

    Is there a minimum nights stay?
    Yes.  One week minimum is required.  Additional days are available on a pro-rated basis.  Please select the rates tab for more information.

    What amenities are provided?
    The condo has a fully equipped kitchen which includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher.  We also provide a washer and dryer. (located inside the condo)  Linens are included. 

    Is there a grocery store nearby?
    Yes.  Topps is located just across the street.  The liquior store is located within the shopping center.  Publix is located one mile south on Estero Blvd.

    Office hours?
    The office is open Monday thru Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

    What do I do if I need assistance and the office is closed?
    No worries, call the Caper Beach Club office at 239.463.1423 if you need assistance and our office is closed.

    How many people can occupy the condo?
    Our condo association rules require that no more than five people occupy the condo.

    Housekeeping?
    Housekeeping is provided before and after your stay.  For a fee, additional housekeeping is available upon request.  Please inquire at the Caper Beach Club office.

    Do you have meeting space?
    Yes.  November thru May.  Please contact Caper Beach Club for details.

    What forms of payment do you accept?
    We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Certified Checks.  Please select the rates tab for more information.

    What about Cleaning Fees?
    Normal cleaning fees are included in your rate.  If additional cleaning is required there is a fee that will be deducted from your security deposit. 

    What about Sales Tax?
    Sales tax is not included in your rate.   The sales tax rate is 11%.  Please select the "Rates" tab for detailed rates.

    Do you require a Security Deposit?
    Yes.  In addition to the rates, a $500 security deposit is required. Your security deposit will be held up to 14 days after your departure.  The deposit will be adjusted for damages, extra cleaning charges, or any unpaid rents.

    Do I need my own transportation?
    No.  There are shuttles and taxis to provide transportation to the condo.  Restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, public library and churches are all within walking distance.  Plus Ft. Myers Beach offers a trollie and taxi service if you would rather ride than walk.  Of course, there are plently of rental car companies located at Southwest Florida International Airport if you would like the freedom of having your own transportation.

    Do you rent to minors?

    Unfortunately, no.  You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the condo.
